📖 The Twits

Roald Dahl's The Twits was first published in 1980. It tells the tale of a pair of horrible twits and the tricks they like to play on each other. Mr Twit was a twit. He was born a twit. And now at the age of sixty, he was a bigger twit than ever. Mrs Twit... had a quite nice face when she was young. The ugliness had grown upon her year by year as she got older. Muggle-Wump is most at home eating nuts in the African jungle he lives in - but he also falls foul of the horrible Twits... Then one day, a truly magnificent bird flew down out of the sky and landed on the monkey cage.
